All rule violations, complaints, or issues must be submitted via a Discord ticket. The /report command in-game is reserved exclusively for reporting bugs, glitches, or development-related issues (e.g., โ€œI am stuck under the map after completing the garbage truck jobโ€).


๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Opening a Ticket

When submitting a ticket, please include the following information:

  • In-Game Name: Your characterโ€™s full name

  • Server ID (if known): Use /id in-game, or leave blank if unknown

  • Type of Ticket:

    • Rule Break / Exploit

    • Staff Complaint

    • Compensation Request

    • Ban Appeal

    • Other

  • Date & Time of Incident: Include your time zone if possible

  • People Involved: Names or IDs of players/staff involved

  • Description of the Issue: Be detailed, objective, and concise

  • Video Evidence or Screenshots: Attach directly to the ticket or provide links (clips must be at least 5 minutes long if recording gameplay)

  • Tickets that are vague, incomplete, or show no effort or evidence may be delayed or closed.

  • Always remain clear, factual, and respectful in your submissions.

  • Staff will review all tickets thoroughly and take appropriate action based on the evidence provided.

Properly formatted tickets help ensure fair, fast, and accurate resolution for all players.
