💬#26 External Discord & RP Server Policy
Any Discord server or similar external forum created for roleplay within True North — including business servers, organization servers, or gang servers — must include a True North Roleplay staff member with full access to all channels.
This requirement exists to:
Ensure community guidelines are upheld
Maintain consistent roleplay standards
Monitor conduct and prevent rule violations
Protect the integrity of the server
Staff access must not be restricted, limited, or hidden from any channels related to True North roleplay activity.
⚖️ Enforcement
Failure to grant proper staff access may result in:
Administrative action against the associated group
Removal of official status
Disbandment or further disciplinary measures
All external RP spaces connected to True North remain subject to server rules and oversight.
