#22 Robbing & Scamming

Only gangs or criminal organizations are permitted to rob rival gangs. Robbing civilians or vice versa is currently prohibited until further notice.
Every robbery must have a clear roleplay-driven reason — it cannot be justified simply because the target is an “opp” or due to verbal provocations. Quality roleplay takes priority.
EMS personnel (ambulance, fire, and police) are considered selfless entities and are strictly off-limits for robbery.
Robbing Police Department (PD) for PD-issued items is forbidden.
You may not force players to withdraw money from bank accounts or hand over items from private stashes.

Players may not scam others for more than $100,000 total, including the combined monetary value of items.
Players who focus primarily on robbing or scamming for personal gain, or who habitually commit such acts, will be required to adjust their roleplay style or face potential removal.
Final decisions regarding enforcement rest with the Administration team.

Clean cash and items belonging to EMS personnel (Police, Ambulance, Fire) are strictly off-limits for any form of robbery or scam.
