The New Life Rule (NLR) applies when your character has faced a fatal event and has not been revived by on-duty EMS. It ensures immersive and realistic consequences following death.

๐Ÿ”น Key Guidelines

1. Memory Post-Revival

  • Your character only remembers events leading up to death if revived by EMS or Fire personnel.

  • If friends or other players move your body to a hospital or safe location, memory is not restored.

  • Roleplay waking up in the hospital unaware of how you got there.

2. Witness Accounts

  • If someone witnessed your death and informs you afterward, you may legally receive that information and incorporate it IC.

3. Strict Enforcement

  • This rule is rigorously enforced to maintain immersion and fairness.

  • Mistakes may occur, but adherence is expected at all times.

4. Communicating Post-Injury

  • Upon reaching the death screen:

    • You cannot provide details of the events or the identities of involved parties.

    • You may roleplay injuries or alert allies of your location, but cannot identify attackers you did not witness.

5. Extended Absence of Emergency Services

  • If 20 minutes pass after death without EMS or Fire attending, your character cannot recall events leading up to the death, even if later revived.
