Our terms when it comes to donations

1. Non-Refundable Donations,

All donations made to support this server are strictly non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution to help maintain and improve the server.

1. Purpose of Donations,

Donations are not purchases. They are considered contributions to keep the server operational, covering costs such as hosting, development, and community support.

1. Donation Perks,

Any perks, benefits, or in-game items received after donating (such as weapons, vehicles, MLOs, or cosmetics) are subject to change or removal at any time. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to: • Maintaining game balance (avoiding pay-to-win scenarios) • Server optimization and performance concerns • Prevention of unfair advantages (e.g., bulletproof vehicles, zero-recoil weapons, whitelisted drugs, etc.)

1. Community Fairness & Compensation,

We are committed to taking care of our community. If a donation perk must be removed or changed, we will ensure fair compensation or replacement where possible and reasonable.

1. Rules & Stipulations,

All rules and stipulations regarding donation items and perks are subject to change at the discretion of server management. By donating, you agree to these terms and understand that future adjustments may be made in the best interest of the server and its players.

1. Affiliation Disclaimer,

This server is an independent community project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries.

1. Retroactive Enforcement,

This clause applies to all past donations as well as future donations. By continuing to play on the server, all community members accept and agree to these terms.
