🔱True North Gang Strike System (45-Day Rolling System)

Gang Strikes are received if a Gang Or Organization repetitively break server Rules

Strikes will now remain active for 45 days from the date issued. After 45 days, a strike will automatically fall off. A strike may also be lifted early at staff discretion after a few weeks of outstanding roleplay, strong leadership, and consistent good behavior.

Being part of a gang means holding yourself to a higher standard — much like law enforcement. The way gangs conduct themselves sets the tone and image for the server. It is imperative that you represent True North in a positive and competitive light.

We understand that one loose cannon does not define an entire organization. If an individual gang member violates rules, they will be punished individually unless:

• The violation was ordered, encouraged, or supported by leadership

• It becomes a repeated pattern within the gang

• The gang leader is directly involved (leaders are held to a higher standard)

⚖️ Strike Escalation System (45-Day Rolling Window)

If a gang accumulates 5 strikes within a 45-day active period, the gang will be permanently disbanded.

Strikes stack during the 45-day window. Each strike expires individually 45 days after issuance.

🔹 Strike 1

• $1,000,000 fine issued to the Gang Leader

• Official written warning

• Leadership meeting with staff

🔹 Strike 2

• $2,000,000 fine issued to the Gang Leader

• 7-day probation

  • No sliding

  • No robberies

  • No turf wars

  • No large-scale gang conflicts

• Gang expected to focus on legal grinding / rebuilding reputation

🔹 Strike 3

• $3,500,000 fine

• 14-day probation

  • No violent gang activity

  • No organized crime

  • Limited RP conflicts (staff monitored)

• Mandatory leadership review

🔹 Strike 4

• Temporary Disbandment (21 Days)

• $6,000,000 reinstatement fee

• Full asset freeze during suspension

• Leadership restructure review required before reinstatement

🔴 Strike 5 – FINAL

• Permanent Gang Disbandment

• No reinstatement option

• Leadership may face individual administrative review

• Members must wait a minimum of 45 days before joining another gang (staff discretion)

• Staff may escalate directly to higher strikes depending on severity.

• Severe server-damaging behavior may result in immediate disbandment.

• Leadership accountability is critical — if the leader is involved, strikes escalate faster.

• Outstanding RP, server events, and strong community contribution may influence strike leniency.
