🏒#8 Business Neutrality Policy (Gang Attire Restriction)

To prevent unnecessary aggression, intimidation, or conflict inside businesses, the following rule is now in effect:

🚫 No Gang Colors While On Duty

If you are actively on the clock at any legal business:

  • You may not wear gang colors.

  • You may not wear gang-affiliated clothing.

  • You may not display gang flags, chains, vests, or identifiers.

  • You may not openly represent your gang while working.

When clocked in, you are a business employee β€” not a gang member.

🎯 Purpose of This Rule

Businesses are considered neutral environments. This rule exists to:

  • Prevent intimidation of civilians.

  • Prevent rival gangs from escalating situations inside businesses.

  • Protect employee roleplay.

  • Encourage realistic workplace separation from criminal life.

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • This applies to all legal businesses (restaurants, mechanic shops, dealerships, etc.).

  • If you wish to represent your gang, you must clock out first.

  • Violations may result in disciplinary action and/or a gang strike if it leads to conflict.

Keep business RP clean and professional.
