To prevent organization hopping and instability, the following cooldown rule is enforced:

⏳ 7-Day Cooldown After Bleed-Out

• You must wait 7 full days after being officially bled out of a gang before joining another organization.

• You may not assist, prospect, or unofficially represent another gang during this cooldown period.

👑 Applies to Gang Leaders

This rule also applies to gang leaders.

• A gang leader who leaves their organization must wait 7 days before creating or joining another gang.

• Leaders may not dissolve a gang and immediately reform under a new name to bypass strikes or consequences.

⚖️ Enforcement

• Attempting to bypass the cooldown may result in disciplinary action.

• Repeated abuse may result in gang strikes or removal of official status.

This policy exists to maintain stability and prevent constant organizational reshuffling.
