These rules are designed to promote quality roleplay while preventing abuse and low-effort financial gain.

🔫 Robbing Policy

📌 Who Can Rob

• Until further notice, only Gang/Criminal Organizations may rob rival gangs or criminal organizations.

• It is prohibited to rob civilians.

• Civilians may not rob gangs.

• Random robberies with no established criminal ties are not allowed.

🎭 Story Requirement

Robbery must have an established storyline.

• You may not rob someone just because they are an “opp.”

• You may not rob someone just because they were “talking crazy.”

• There must be meaningful roleplay leading up to the robbery.

Quality roleplay over everything.

🚫 Protected Parties & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• ❌ Robbing EMS (Police, Ambulance, Fire). EMS is considered a selfless entity and is protected.

• ❌ Robbing PD-issued equipment from officers.

• ❌ Forcing someone to withdraw money from their bank account.

• ❌ Forcing someone to access private stashes to hand over items.

• ❌ Robbing clean cash.

🎒 What Can Be Robbed

Only the following items may be taken during a robbery:

• Illegal drugs

• Illegal firearms

• Illegal materials

• Contraband-related items

The following items must be left alone:

• 📱 Phones

• 🍔 Food

• 📻 Radios

If it is not illegal, do not take it.

💳 Scamming Policy

• You may not scam a player for more than $100,000 total value, including monetary value of items.

• Repeated scamming or robbery focused purely on personal financial gain is not acceptable roleplay.

Players who:

• Primarily focus on robbing/scamming,

• Habitually commit robberies without meaningful story,

• Or use robbery as their main source of interaction,

Will be required to adjust their roleplay approach or face potential removal from the server.

Final decisions rest with the Administration Team.

• Clean cash is strictly off-limits.

• EMS personnel (Police, Ambulance, Fire) items are strictly off-limits.

• Robbery is meant to enhance story — not farm profit.
