🤝#12 Ownership Transfers and Disbandment

To ensure stability and accountability, all organizations must follow the guidelines below regarding disbandment and ownership transfers.

📩 Voluntary Disbandment

• If your organization disbands for any reason, the Org Owner must inform staff immediately by submitting a General Support Ticket.

• Failure to notify staff may result in administrative action.

⚖️ Administrative Disbandment

• Staff reserve the right to disband any organization at any time.

• Disbandment may occur due to rule violations, inactivity, instability, or overall server health concerns.

All staff decisions are final.

🔄 Ownership Transfers

If a Gang Owner steps down, leaves the organization, or becomes inactive:

• A ticket must be opened by:

  • The current owner, or

  • One official representative of the organization

• Ownership transfers must be documented and approved by staff.

• Failure to report ownership changes may result in disbandment.

⏳ Transfer Limits

• Ownership may only be transferred two (2) times within a six-month period.

• If a third transfer is requested within that same six-month window:

  • The organization will lose official status.

  • The organization must reapply to become an official gang.
