#12 Gang On Gang Interactions
To reduce repeated instances of RDM (Random Deathmatch) between gangs, we are implementing a Three-Step System:
You must have at least two separate interactions, each lasting a minimum of 2 minutes, before initiating a shootout. These interactions must be meaningful (not just trash talk) and give both parties a chance to de-escalate or prepare.
Kill On Sight (KOS) is only allowed if war has been officially declared through the War Tablet. Once war is active on the tablet, interactions are no longer required.
If someone rolls up on you and you attempt to calmly leave or de-escalate, the other party should not immediately pull guns or start shooting—this would violate the spirit of meaningful interactions required before a shootout.
You are allowed to try to flee during these interactions.
The opposing party must give a reasonable opportunity for de-escalation before escalating to violence.
If the other party pulls guns prematurely or shoots while you’re trying to leave calmly, this can be considered RDM or breaking the rule of meaningful interactions.
