Strikes -Gang Strikes will be delivered by Gang management -Gang Strikes will be given after thorough investigation -Gang Strikes are taken seriously for both parties -Gang leader have an opportunity to appeal or dispute a strike if it is deemed unfair or has taken a corrective action to resolve
